Method for swiftly detecting Leersia hexandra middlechro (VI) ion concentration

2013
The invention discloses a method for detecting Leersia hexandra middlechro (VI) ion concentration by using a CdTe@SiO2 quantum dot-rhodamine B energy converting system. The system regards CdTe@SiO2 quantum dot as a donor, regards the rhodamine B as an acceptor, utilizes chromium (VI) ions and the rhodamine B to form novel composite in a combining mode through static interaction, causes the fluorescence of the rhodamine B extinction, thereby establishing the method for detecting Leersia hexandra middlechro (VI) ions. The extinction degree of the rhodamine B fluorescence and the concentration of the chromium (VI) ions are in a good linear relation in the range of 2.0*10-8-3.0*10-7 mole/liter, the linear relevant coefficient r=0.9992, and method detection limit is 6.2*10-9 mole/liter. The method for swiftly detecting the Leersia hexandra middlechro (VI) ion concentration overcomes the defects of being poor in selectivity, low in sensitivity, rigorous in reaction condition and bad in stability and the like while detecting in the prior art, effectively improves selectivity and sensitivity, and so that the detection for the Leersia hexandra middlechro (VI) ions are more convenient and swift.
