The haze removal heat recovery double-effect air exchanger comprises an outer barrel and a rotating wheel. The rotating wheel is arranged in the outer barrel. The positions, arranged on two sides of the rotating wheel, in the outer barrel are provided with partition plates. The two ends of a rotating shaft of the rotating wheel are connected to the partition plates, and the rotating wheel rotates around the rotating shaft of the rotating wheel. Indoor air in winter flows to be discharged out from a semicircular space defined by the upper portions of the partition plates and the outer barrel, and outdoor fresh air in winter flows into a room from a semicircular space defined by the lower portions of the partition plates and the outer barrel. Rotation of the rotating wheel is driven by a motor. By means of the characteristics of high-temperature adsorption and low-temperature desorption of physical absorption materials, when air exchange is carried out on indoor air and outdoor air in winter, the indoor air and the outdoor air are utilized for carrying out heating desorption and cooling adsorption on the adsorption materials, and meanwhile sensible heat exchange is carried out. Meanwhile, three processes are combined, operation energy is saved, and investment cost is reduced. Due to the fact that the quality of the adsorption materials is good, the function on small particles is especially remarkable.
