羊栖菜岩藻甾醇提取物的抗氧化生物活性研究 Antioxidant Activities of Fucosterol Extract from Sargassum fusiforme

研究了羊栖菜岩藻甾醇提取物的抗氧化生物活性。实验以VC和BHT作为阳性对照，分别对三种物质的总还原力、•DPPH自由基、 自由基以及•OH自由基进行了测定。结果表明：在20~200 µg/mL的实验浓度范围内，羊栖菜岩藻甾醇提取物表现出较好的抗氧化活性。 The antioxidant activity of fucosterol extract was assessed through the determination of •DPPH,   and •OH radical scavenging rate and compared with VC and BHT. The results show that fu-costerol extract from Sargassum fusiforme has good anti-oxidant activity in the concentration range of 20 - 200 µg/mL.
