Location updating method, access service router and identity location mapping register

The invention discloses a location updating method, an access service router and an identity location mapping register. According to the location updating method, the access service router and the identity location mapping register, when a terminal is connected to a mobile communication network through a mobile router-access service router (MR-ASR), an ASR attached to the MR-ASR obtains an identity marker of the terminal from the MR-ASR, or an ILR or an authentication certificate server, and the identity marker of the terminal and a corresponding relation between the terminal and the MR-ASR attached to the terminal are recorded by the ASR. According to the location updating method, the access service router and the identity location mapping register, router-free return is achieved due to a mobile management mechanism based on identity location separation mechanism.
