A membrane - bioreactor line cleaning method

The invention discloses an online cleaning method for a membrane-bioreactor, relates to the cleaning of a membrane-bioreactor and particularly relates to an online cleaning device for a membrane-bioreactor, and the device is suitable for the physical cleaning of aerobic, anaerobic and dynamic membrane-bioreactors. The cleaning method provided by the invention is realized by the online cleaning device which consists of an actuating mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a mechanical cleaning mechanism and a reset balance weight device (10); and the online cleaning of a membrane component is realized in a mechanical mode by utilizing matter flows in treatment process procedures or matter flows outside the process through the conversion of potential energy and kinetic energy. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simplicity in structure, convenience in installation, low investment, stable operation and convenience in maintenance, can be used for realizing full-automatic control, effectively prolonging the cleaning period of a membrane, saving the cleaning cost of the membrane, enhancing the operation flux of the membrane, and has good economic benefits. The method provided by the invention is suitable for the physical cleaning of the aerobic, anaerobic and dynamic membrane-bioreactors.
