The aim of this paper is to present the novel hybrid Interactive Graphical Tactile Display for people with strong visual impairments. The Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic actuator with the integrated PDMS membrane is the heart of this device. The dots actuation is carried out by an integrated pneumatic pump and electrostatic clamping addressing system.
