Допплерографические критерии ультразвуковой диагностики аутоиммунного тиреоидита у детей

A group of children with disorders of thyroid echostructure was examined by the type of "little changed" tissue. Children were subjected to thin-needle biopsy, cytological analysis of smear and complex ultrasound investigation of thyroid gland with estimation of blood flow parameters. Autoimmune process in thyroid gland and nontoxic colloid or cellular goiter (23,1%) occurred to be the reason of minimum changes in echostructure of thyroid tissue in the majority of cases (76,9%). Additional dopplerographic ultrasound criteria typical for autoimmune thyroiditis in children including increase in systolic rate of blood flow in small thyroid arteries higher than 29 cm/sec, decrease in resistance index lower than 0,465, pulsation index lower than 0,585, rise in dopplerographic criteria up to 4 and higher were revealed.
