Concept of Spectroscopy

Instrumental analysis is a method of measuring information emanated from atomsto the outside environment instead of the physical quantity directly attached to the analyte target. “Spectroscopy” is a theoretical and practical means for the instrumental analysis, in which the qualitative and quantitative information are obtained from the dispersed energy and the intensity of a spectrum.
