Filter free of dismantling for cleaning dirt

2012
A filter free of dismantling for cleaning dirt is applicable to dirt in filtering liquid in an oil field liquid conveying pipeline. A liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are symmetrically arranged on the wall of a casing, a cylindrical filtering core is arranged in the casing, a shaft penetrates through an upper cover and a central hole of an upper core plate, and the lower end of the shaft is connected in a central hole of the lower core plate. A scraper device is fixed on the shaft, the wall of the scraper device is formed by respectively welding parallel cross rods on the upper portion and the lower portion of the shaft wall, the end portions of the two cross rods are respectively inserted into one ends of sliding pipes, and the other ends of the two sliding pipes are welded with scrapers. Compressed springs are arranged in the sliding pipes, the end portions of the cross rods butt against the end portions of the compressed springs, and a hand wheel is fixed at the upper end of the shaft. The filter has the advantages of being capable of cleaning dirt blocked on a filtering mesh by rotating the hand wheel without stopping the pump, dismantling the filter and taking the filtering core out for cleaning and capable of discharging dirt online and causing no influence on production.
