The present invention discloses a photovoltaic system and method for chemical kinetics scanning electrochemical microscope-based system includes a scanning electrochemical microscope apparatus, Pt ultramicroelectrode, a sample fixture, the light source control means and the turret means, scanning electrochemical microscope including three-dimensional and electrochemical workstation controller; sample comprising a PTFE fixture and fixing member chemical tank; light source means includes a heat sink, a DC power supply and heat sink are sequentially arranged on the disc in the red edge, yellow, blue, white LED light source ; turret control means includes a central processor, optical disc with through holes, a driver, and stepper motor controller. Embodiment of the present invention can overcome the solar cell and the interfacial chemical reaction kinetics photoelectrocatalytic insufficient information acquired defects quickly get accurate information interface reaction kinetics, provide strong experimental parameters for the study of the solar cell or photovoltaic device catalytic decomposition of water.
