The current challenge for companies is to seek better performance in their workers in order to generate profits and stand out in a competitive market, which is why it is important to establish a correct way to a motivate employees, in search of the achieving the desired results longed for; for this reason, so this work investigates: “360 degree motivation and its influence on the working environment of the light vehicle trading companies in the City of Ambato”, taking into account that motivation plays an important role in the overall performance of employees, which in turn allows to the organization to achieve high productivity rates, making this to the topic interesting since it is determined to find to the motivational factors is that influence to the work environment. In the research process, the study of the 360 degree motivational factors that affect the work environment, the problem under study (causes and effects), as well as the antecedents that make up the theoretical foundations, were considered; population and sample where indicators are established for both the 360-degree motivation variable and the work environment variable, aimed at identifying possible actions that allow harmonizing the identified need, thereby seeking to improve the work environment in organizations. The research has bibliographic and documentary sources related to the two variables in order to obtain the theoretical foundation. The methodology to used it was carried out with a quantitative approach, the analysis of the results was to carried out in the commercialization companies of light vehicles of the city of Ambato in the commercialization area that correspond to the representative sample of the total of employees that are in the organizations. Data collection was carried out through surveys using the questionnaire as an instrument, where the correlation to between the two variables they could be established.
