The invention discloses a preparation method of a bamboo-plastic composite based on dopamine reinforcement. The method comprises the following steps: taking a dopamine derivative, namely dopamine hydrochloride, adding the dopamine hydrochloride into treated bamboo powder and fully premixing, then adding a thermoplastic plastic, namely high-density polyethylene HDPE and a lubricant PE wax, mixing at high speed and adding the mixture into an extruder, extruding and pelleting to obtain the property-improved bamboo-plastic composite, and subsequently preparing plates with certain size through a compression molding technique. The bamboo-plastic composite comprises the following components according to mass ratio: 50-60% of bamboo powder, 50-40% of high-density polyethylene and 1% of lubricant PE wax. The consumption of the dopamine hydrochloride is 0.2-0.5wt% of the bamboo powder. Through tests, the dopamine hydrochloride is capable of directly modifying bamboo fiber, so that the mechanical performance of the bamboo-plastic composite can be improved; the method is simple and convenient; the side effects such as inaccurate dosage control, rigorous reaction conditions and reduction of material performance of the conventional method during compatibilization of the bamboo-plastic composite are effectively reduced; the composite prepared by the method provided by the invention is excellent in performance; the physical performance can meet the requirement of LY/T 2565-2015; meanwhile, the products can meet the concept of low-carbon environment-friendly green products.
