The invention discloses an oil-resistant power cable material and a preparation method thereof. The oil-resistant power cable material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-105 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 1-3 parts of accelerant, 0.5-1 part of accelerant DM, 4-6 parts of sulfur, 8-12 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of polycaprolactone, 5-6 parts of poly-4-methyl-1-amylene, 10-15 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 13-18 parts of highly wear-resistant carbon black and 95-100 parts of white carbon black. The oil-resistant power cable material is reasonable in formula and convenient to manufacture, has high physical, mechanical and chemical properties, and particularly high heat-ageing resistance, high-temperature oil resistance and compressive permanent deformation performance.
