The invention further provides a preparation method of the red sage root mask. The red sage root mask is a peel-off mask, wherein, the total salvianolic acid has an effect on promoting body surface microcirculation, thus smoothening the body surface blood circulation, accelerating the blood flow velocity, fully moisturizing and nourishing skin and hair and ensuring the stability of water-soluble components of red sage root.
