Регуляторные Т-клетки у больных лимфомами после аутологичной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток

2012
SUMMARYAim. Regulatory T-cell (T reg ) reconstitution in malignant lymphoma patients following autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), including patients with co-transplantation of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs), and possible relationship between T reg and clinical outcomes have been investigated. Patients and methods. 50 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, Hodgkin’s lymphoma and multiple myeloma underwent autologous HSCT, 24 of them were co-infused with MSCs in an average dose of 0,21  10 6 /kg. Levelof circulating CD4 + CD25 hi andCD4 + FOXP3 T reg has been evaluated using flow cytometry before HSCT, at the dayof engraftment, and following 6 and 12 months after HSCT. Results. Relative number of T reg recovered intensively and reached initially high level at the time of engraftment and then subsequently decreased for 1 year until it lowered to healthy donors’ values. MSC co-transplantation did not affect the reconstitution of T reg . A relative number of CD4
