The invention discloses a dynamic limiting device for multi-point excitation seismic test of a reactor control rod drive line. The dynamic limiting device comprises a sliding component, wherein the sliding component comprises an upper sliding supporting and connecting plate and a lower sliding supporting and connecting plate; the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate is connected with the lower sliding supporting and connecting plate via a sliding mechanism; a limiting body is mounted on the upper top surface of the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate and provided with a limiting hole allowing the end part of a driving mechanism to be inserted therein; one side surface of the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate is further connected with an actuator; the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate is located above the lower sliding supporting and connecting plate; the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate and the lower sliding supporting and connecting plate are connected in a Y-axis direction; the actuator is located at one side of the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate; the actuator and the upper sliding supporting and connecting plate are connected in an X-axis direction; the driving direction of the actuator is an X-axis direction; the inserting direction of the end part of the driving mechanism is perpendicular to the X-axis direction.
