Nonadhesive inorganic ceramic coating composition and coating method using the same

PURPOSE: A non-adhesive inorganic ceramic coating composition is provided to secure harmlessness by removing heavy metal components from the composition, and to improve the deodorization effect using far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A non-adhesive inorganic ceramic coating composition contains the following: 28~39wt% of colloidal silica sol including 20~33wt% of silica solid and 67~80wt% of water-soluble solvent; 0.1~10wt% of zircoaluminate coupling agent; 35~50wt% of alkoxy silan compound cindluing 56~67wt% of methyl trimethoxy silane, 29~32.7wt% of methyl triethoxy silane, and 0.3~14wt% of glycidyl oxy propyl trimethoxy silane; 8~25wt% of alcoholates with C1~C10; 3~14wt% of functional filler; 0.5~10wt% of silicon oil polymer; 3~11wt% of ceramic powder; and 7~15wt% of inorganic pigment.
