Evaluation of Administrative Law Enforcement Assessment System

Evaluation of law enforcement assessment is the most critical link in the administrative enforcement responsibility system.However,due to the lack of special legislation and other subjects of evaluation,the contents of evaluation being not unified and abstract,the results of evaluation are often difficult to truly reflect the actual situation of administrative law enforcement.From China's actual situation and improvement of the evaluation system,administrative law enforcement should be primarily undertaken by establishing new "citizen-centered" values,speeding up the pace of specialization of the relevant legislation,introducing the external evaluation,carrying out the standardization of the contents and evaluation system,and achieving the diversification of assessment methods and informationization.
