Experimental Research on Relationship between Deformation Factors and Microstructures of 5A06 Aluminum Alloy

This article studies on the influence of hot processing parameters on the microstructure of 5A06 aluminum alloy. When isothermally compressing under the temperature 350℃,the grain size becomes finer along with the deformation degree increasing,but when the deformation degree up to 70%,the flow line structures appears.Further increasing the deformation degree,on the contrary,the grain size becomes some larger,when the deformation degree up to 80 %,the slaty structures appears.On the other hand,when the deformation degrees same(45%),the higher the deformation temperature,the larger the grain size.
