Chondroblastoma of the Lumbar Vertebra Associated with Cauda Equina Compression: 腰椎的軟骨母細胞瘤併發馬尾狀神經群受壓----病例報告

Abstract Chondroblastoma is a benign tumour, most often affecting the epiphyses of long tubular bones such as the proximal end of the humerus, femur, and tibia, as well as the distal end of the femur. Vertebral involvement is extremely rare. We report a case of chondroblastoma of the second lumbar vertebra associated with cauda equina compression. Complete excision is necessary to relieve the compression and ensure surgical clearance.
