Wherein the epoxy resin prepolymer of bisphenol A type epoxy resin; rubber a rubber which is liquid at normal temperature; average particle diameter in the filler is a piezoelectric piezoelectric ceramic 2 ~ 8μm; the conductive filler is a carbon-based conductive material. Including the above components, including the components in the contents mixed thoroughly cured and a curing agent was added to give an epoxy resin composite damping material of the present invention. Piezoelectric conductive epoxy composite damping material of the present invention has excellent damping effect of eliminating noise, vibration and anti-static.
