The invention discloses a pipeline system and a control system of a gas filling substation and the gas filling substation comprising the same and also discloses a control method of the gas filling substation. The disclosed pipeline system of the gas filling substation comprises a pressurization mechanism and a gas dispenser and also comprises a first gasbomb set and a second gasbomb set, wherein the first gasbomb set comprises a plurality of first gasbombs, and the second gasbomb set comprises a pluraity of second gasbombs; the output ends of the first gasbombs are communicated with the first input port of a distributing valve by a first output control valve; the output ends of the second gasbombs are communicated with the second input port of the distributing valve by a second output control valve; and the pressurization ends of the first gasbombs and the pressurization ends of the second gasbombs are respectively communicated with the pressurization port the pressurization mechanism by a first pressurization control valve and a second pressurization control valve. The technical scheme can improve the gap pickup rate of the system while improving the gas supply capacity of the hydraulic CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) gas filling substation.
