The present invention discloses a method of preparing a carrier using magnesium chloride-supported preparation method metallocene catalyst, the process comprising: (1) preparing a magnesium chloride support (2) Preparation of a magnesium chloride support aluminoxane alkyl, (3) magnesium chloride supported preparation of metallocene catalyst; wherein the spray process using tetrahydrofuran as a solvent for preparing a magnesium chloride support employed. This method is prepared using magnesium chloride support simple, resulting supported catalyst particles a good morphology, size adjustable. The method resulting supported metallocene catalyzed ethylene with higher α- olefin copolymerization, copolymerization high activity and obtain a resin powder having good particle morphology and high bulk density, can be useful in slurry and gas phase polymerization processes .
