O papel do estágio curricular obrigatório naformação profissional

As experiencias na graduacao influem nas atividades profissionais haja vista a relacao entre teoria e pratica. Por meio do estagio curricular os estudantes buscam atrelar aspectos conceituais ao desenvolvimento de sua carreira profissional e a complementacao da aprendizagem. O trabalho centra-se na discussao do estagio curricular obrigatorio na formacao profissional. Assim, como objetivo busca-se analisar o papel do estagio na formacao profissional dos alunos do curso de bacharelado em Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao da UFSCar. Os dados da pesquisa foram obtidos em relatorios de estagio, elaborado pelos discentes, orientadores internos e externos. Conclui-se que o estagio curricular e muito importante para a formacao do aluno, o que e comprovado a partir dos dados coletados, em especial sobre as suas consideracoes a respeito dos estagios realizados descritos pelos discentes. EnglishThe world of work demands adequacy, updating, adaptation and development of professionals within it. The undergraduate experience influences the professional activities due to the relationship between theory and practice. Through the curricular internship the students seek to relate conceptual aspects to the development of their professional career and the complementation of learning. The work focuses on the discussion of the compulsory curricular internship in vocational training. Thus, the objective is to analyze the role of the internship in the professional training of students of the bachelor's degree in Library Science and Information Science at UFSCar. The data of the research were obtained in reports of internship, elaborated by the students, internal and external advisors. It is concluded that the curricular stage is very important for the formation of the student, which is proven from the collected data, especially about their considerations regarding the stages described by the students.
