Propuesta de modelo para reducir los factores de riesgo disergonómico en la Empresa de Transportes e Inversiones Elky S.A

The present study was carried out at the Transport and Investment Company ELKY S.A.C., based on reports from 2015 and 2016 regarding absenteeism due to musculoskeletal disorders. An initial diagnosis was made of the company's processes, taking 10 jobs, associating each one with a critical disergonomic risk factor. Then, for each ergonomic risk factor, each work station was chosen and evaluated with the REBA ergonomic evaluation methods and Snook and Ciriello tables, with the results of the ergonomic evaluation it was determined that additional controls were needed for 6 work stations, with the proposed model it is determined that the risk factors can be reduced for the posts: 47% encarpador, 7% truck driver, 13% safety supervisor, 13% supervisor of operations, 13% administrator, and 20% technical flat. In addition, the number of jobs with high risk would be 0 and with medium risk 1. After evaluating the potential decrease of dysergonomic risk factors, an economic analysis was carried out having as results the following indicators: B / C = 1.20, IRR = 26% and NPV = S / 4.617.58, demonstrating its feasibility.
