Dental health in Toulon Var university students: results of the action undertaken by Nice dental students.

Introduction Data focusing on oral health of students in France are scarce. Laurent Wauquiez’s report revealed in 2006 that the general health of students was worrying and that dental care is among the first to be neglected. The aim of this study was to describe a public health action undertaken by dental students in the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis for their peers in the University of the South Toulon Var. This action was funded by the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur Regional Health Agency.
