The invention discloses a flight parameter measuring method and device of an unmanned aircraft. The method includes the steps that an image is obtained and angular speed of an unmanned aircraft is collected; angular points are extracted from the current frame image; the corresponding presumptive area in the previous frame image of each angular point in the current frame image is estimated according to the angular speed of the current unmanned aircraft; the corresponding angular point is searched for from the presumptive area in the previous frame image according to the angular point position of the current frame image; the angular point speed is obtained according to the angular point of the current frame image and the angular point corresponding to the previous frame image; pixel speed is obtained according to the angular point speed; actual speed of the unmanned aircraft is obtained according to the pixel speed and the flight height of the unmanned aircraft. By means of the above method, high accuracy and high precision measurement of flight parameters can be achieved.
