Design of mixed signal ASICs

1989
For many years mixed analog/digital ASICs have been successfully fulfilling the requirements for single chip systems in silicon for low frequency applications. Integrating the complete system on to the chip saves space and assembly costs, improves reliability and design security and greatly simplifies PCB design. A new series of mixed signal ASICs now extends these benefits to systems working up to 100 MHz.
