The invention relates to competing data stream transmission system on a network, including a memory (MEM) containing data during production of the waves; more lines (10) respectively assigned to data streams organized to receive data in the form of atomic transmission units; a flow regulator (SET) configured to scan the lines in sequence and, if the scanned file contains a complete transmission unit, the transmit on the network to the nominal flow of the network (R); a queue management circuit (DMA ARB, SEQ) configured to individually fill each row from data contained in the memory, at the rated speed of the system (feet), reaching a threshold (sigma) common to all the lines ; a configuration circuit (12, 14, 16) configurable to provide the common threshold (sigma) of queues; and a processor (CPU) programmed to produce the waves and manage their assignment to files, and connected to the configuration circuit to dynamically adjust the threshold based on the maximum transmission unit size used by the waves being transmitted.
