Analysis of Cache Coherence in Chip Multi-Processor

In the Chip Multi-Processor,each processor has its own private cache,so,cache coherence problem has become very important.This paper first introduces the working principle of the cache and its reading and writing operations.Then it expounds the main reason for the incoherence of data in cache in the Chip Multi-Processor.And finally it discussed the two main methods to solve this problem: snooping method and directory method,which are analyzed and compared.
