High-speed magnetic suspension alternating-current motor

2015
A high-speed magnetic suspension alternating-current motor belongs to the field of motors. The high-speed magnetic suspension alternating-current motor is provided to solve the problem that the existing bearingless motor is complex to control and bulky. The motor comprises a case, a drive unit, and two rotor radial suspension and axial support units. The drive unit and the two rotor radial suspension and axial support units are coaxially arranged inside the case, and the two rotor radial suspension and axial support units are respectively arranged at the two sides of the axial direction of the drive unit. The drive unit consists of a drive stator and a drive rotor. Each rotor radial suspension and axial support unit consists of a suspension support stator and a suspension support rotor. Torque and magnetic levitation force control windings, which are arranged together in existing similar motors, are separated in the motor of the invention, so that mutual interference between the torque and magnetic levitation force control windings is avoided entirely. Radial suspension control and axial support control are jointly achieved by one set of windings, so that the motor is smaller and lighter. As the radial suspension and axial support bearings are closed by themselves, no special suspension and axial control device is needed.
