Породні особливості вмісту середньомолекулярних пептидів у спермі кнурів-плідників

The content of medium molecular peptides in semen of purebred and semen was investigated hybrid brood boars. The content of average molecular peptides (λ = 254 and λ = 280) in semen purebred boars were higher than hybrid animals. Increasing the content of these compounds indicate the activation of catabolic processes in the body. peptides in the germ cells of large white breed progenitors were significantly higher (p <0.05) against indicators of synthetic line SS23 animals. The variability of the studied indicators in both groups of animals in sperm plasma are significantly lower than in germ cell cytoplasm.
