Implikasi Penerapan Kebijakan Otonomi Daerah Terhadap Kegiatan Penyuluhan Peternakan di Kabupaten Sumedang (Kasus di Cabang Dinas Pertanian Tanjungsari Sumedang) The Implication of Regional Autonomy Implementation To Agriculture Extension in Sumedang District (Case Study at KCD Tanjungsari Sumedang)

The research was conducted at Tanjungsari’s agicultral service working area, Sumedang District. The objectives of study were to find out the implication of regional autonomy policy to agricultural extension program planning and to agri cultural extension activity at Sumedang district. The research method was case study by analytical descriptive approach. Purposive sampling was used to choose the respondent. The result indicated that : 1) The Regional autonomy policy in sumedang ditrict did not give positive influence in improving the quality of extension worker and extension itself. 2) The Farmer’s enthusiasm was getting low because they rarely take apart in agricultural extension program planning. 3) The Extension activity was static because there is not a detail explanation about the duty an d the function of extension worker and extension itself.
