Injection valve of a dual fuel injection system

The invention relates to an injection valve (1) for a dual-fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine and a dual-fuel injection system having at least one such injection valve (1). The injection valve (1) comprises a valve body (5) with a valve head (6) which is adapted to the installed state of the injection valve (1) to be arranged at least partly in a combustion chamber (4) of the internal combustion engine or the (combustion chamber 4 ) to be at least immediately facing. According to the invention the valve head (6) is at least partially coated with a heat shield (7). Furthermore, a method for producing such a fuel injector (1) is shown, wherein the injection valve, the valve head (6) (1) at least partially with a heat shield (7) is coated.
