One of the priorities of the science and practice of andrology at the present stage is to find effective and safe therapy. The article provides an over-view of the drug «Tongkat Ali Platinum» and its ability to treat main andrological diseases: erectile dysfunction and late onset hypogonadism, the underlying deterioration in the quality of life and general reproductive health of modern mеn. The authors also present the results of a randomized, placebo-controlled trial of the drug «Tongkat Ali Platinum» in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
