An electronic device may include a substrate, a conductive layer formed on a substrate and an insulating spacer. The line electrode may have an electrode wall, which extends away from the substrate. The insulating spacer may be provided on the electrode wall with portions of the electrode wall between the substrate and the insulating spacer of the insulating spacer are free. Related methods and arrangements are also discussed.
