Automatically-movable monitoring buoy and monitoring method thereof

The buoy comprises a disc-shaped shell, a sealing shell, a control system, a communication navigation system, a driving system, a sensor system and an energy system. The control system is connected with the communication navigation system, the driving system, the sensor system and the energy system respectively. The disc-shaped shell is composed of an upper shell body and a lower shell body. A cavity is formed between the upper shell body and the lower shell body. The outline of the disc-shaped shell is in the shape of a rotative surface, so that radius-thickness ratio is large, flexibility in operation is high, and steering motion with zero turning radius can be realized; due to the large radius-thickness ratio, lift-drag ratio of sliding motion of the buoy is increased, and large horizontal displacement motion in shallow waters can be realized; due to small curvature of the upper surface of the outline of the disc-shaped shell, power generation efficiency of a solar cell panel is effectively improved; continuous working time of the disc-shaped automatically-movable monitoring buoy can be effectively increased.
