Battery health state detection device and method

The present invention provides a battery health state detection method. The method aims at measurement of current and voltage for two times in a time interval, so as to select corresponding module algorithm according to the measured current values, then obtains corresponding battery open-circuit voltage values and battery electric charge state values respectively at the start point and end point of the time interval, calculates and obtains a battery capacity difference value indicating the current battery maintaining capacity and a battery capacity difference value indicating the future battery maintaining capacity, and takes the influence of the measured battery temperature value into account to calculate and obtain a battery health state value. The embodiment of the invention also provides a battery health state detection device. With the help of the method and the device, battery health state detection in the on-line state is enabled, battery aging conditions are timely and accurately monitored, the device is ensured to carry out normal power supply for a load, and influence to business is prevented.
