Method for producing high count pure linen yarn by using linen raw materials

The invention discloses a method for producing high count pure linen yarn by using linen raw materials, which comprises the following steps of: (1) taking filaments to be fed at the front drafting area of a wet spinning frame, mixing the filaments and drafted pure linen yarn fibers and twisting to obtain mixed linen yarn; (2) weaving the mixed linen yarn into woven fabrics or knitted fabrics; (3) putting the woven fabrics or the knitted fabrics in a high temperature of 90 DEG C to 100 DEG C for water boiling, and hydrolyzing the filaments to obtain the high count pure linen yarn. By adopting the method, the tensile strength of the linen yarn is increased, the high count pure linen yarn can be woven, and the high count linen yarn can be obtained by hydrolyzing the filaments of spun fabrics; and therefore, the traditional linens can be used for producing superfine high count pure linen yarn of more than 100 N.
