Applied Research of Inflatable Mini-cold Storage

This article studied a new inflatable mini-cold storage by using hollow fibres(dacron)as thermal insulation material. The contents related are inventing library structure,designing optimization,determining thermal insulation properties,and evaluating temperature control,then,analyzing fresh-keeping effect of red globe grape. The results showed that the densityof hollow dacronfibres was 5.3 kg·m-3,thermal conductivity was 0.031 W·m-1·K-1,moisturerate was 0.2%,tensile strength was 0.37 MPa,broken elongation was 140%. In addition,the fire resistance of hollow dacronfibres is very well. The library body of inflatable mini-cold storage possesses specificity,the apparent total heat transfer coefficient of envelop enclosure of the mini-cold storage was 0.097 W·m2·K-1,entire thermal resistance is 10.20 m2·K·W-1(the national standard of entire thermal resistance was 3.0 m2·K·W-1),which reached the designed standard of international commercial mini-cold storage and civil assembled mini-cold storage,and fresh-keeping effect of inflatable mini-cold storage issuperiorto common civil storage.
