The conducted complex research with the use of anonymous questionnaire and psychodiagnostic testing of 179 women, terminating early terms pregnancy by medicinal abortion revealed the high percent of somatic and gynecological diseases and presence of psychoemotional disturbances and was a ground for development and application of algorithm of medical and rehabilitation measures for a maintenances of reproductive health in a prospect.
