On the resolving power of the ordinary X-ray spectrograph and the natural width of X-ray spectral lines
1947
Abstract It has been shown that the resolving power of the X-ray spectrograph based on the photographic method, using calcite as analysing crystal, depends in the first place upon the dimensions of the spectrograph. With the aid of a sepctrograph of large dimensions linewidths have been determined. Our values are noticebly smaller than those formerly obtained with the aid of the double X-ray spectrometer.
