Проблемы углубления аграрной специализации регионов юга Сибири (на примере Алтайского края)

Showing the factors affecting the placement of agricultural production and the deepening of its specialization in the region (climatic conditions, the structure of lands, the use of modern varieties, breeds and production technologies, the availability agricultural processing, the location on the main markets, Agricultural Market); the structure of the agricultural production of the Altai Territory as one of the very significant agricultural regions; the region´s share in the Russian related to crop production (cereals, sunflower, sugar beet, flax and potato); tasked with the development of inter-regional exchange of agricultural raw materials and food, as opposed to incentives for regions to food self-sufficiency; raised the problem of high tariffs for railway transport services for the carriage of agricultural raw materials and foodstuffs from southern Siberia to the European part of Russia and the Far East for the regions capable of their resources to solve problems of import substitution in the agri-food market of the country, but territorially remote from major consumers.
