This invention relates to a soft package liquid Li-ion battery characterizing that the battery case is a soft package made of A1 plastic composite film and a solid fixed frame for fixing the cells inside the wall in which the fixed frame is a porous frame made of metal material or nonmetal, the case is a solid fixed frame and the inner cone is a soft package encapsulating cells.
