An anti-tip suction cup (1) and a suction-type auto-moving apparatus using the anti-tip suction cup (1) have advantages of simple structures and being easy to implement. The anti-tip suction cup (1) comprises a suction cup bottom (2) capable of being sealed with a working surface, and a warping portion (3) deviating from a direction of the working surface (5) is disposed at an outer side of the suction cup bottom (2). A stop portion (4) may be disposed at the top of the warping portion (3). The anti-tip suction cup (1) can effectively prevent an edge portion of the suction cup bottom (2) from tipping or jamming by a protrusion or jamming in a gap, so as to ensure normal work of a robot equipped with the anti-tip suction cup (1).
