The Structure Damage, Phase Formation and Si Depth Distribution in the Implanted Natural Diamond

The implantation of tens keV heavy ions brings about appearance of the displacement spikes (disordered regions) in the crystal subsurface layer. The displacement spikes are able to stimulate reactions in the solid state and the new phase formation at high doses of implanted atoms.
