Mortise and tenon joint positioning method for assembling of anti-explosion special vehicle body

2012
The invention relates to an assembly positioning method and particularly relates to a mortise and tenon joint positioning method for assembling of an anti-explosion special vehicle body. The mortise and tenon joint positioning method for assembling solves the problems of low assembly efficiency and poor positioning accuracy of the existing special vehicle body. Mortises or mortise grooves are formed on one of two vehicle body armor plates which have a mutual assembly relationship, and tenons are machined on the other vehicle body armor plate and correspond to the mortises or the mortise grooves in assembly. During the assembly, the tenons are inserted into the mortises or the mortise grooves for positioning. In order to avoid the waste of raw materials, the tenons can be machined in advance and then welded on base materials rather than being machined on the base materials. By virtue of the mortise and tenon joint structure positioning method, operators does not need to do overmuch measurement. By virtue of concave-convex structures of deck armors for positioning, the operation is simple, the positioning accuracy is high, the product production cycle is shortened, and the product cost is reduced.
