Portal de periódicos da Capes : experiência de treinamento em ambiente síncrono

The paper reports the experience with a training mode, in a synchronous environment on the Portal de Periodicos da Capes offered in 2010-2011 for the users of the institutions participating in the Portal, in partnership with publisher Thomson Reuters and Capes (Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel). This experience proved to be an interactive process of innovative learning by allowing break geographical barriers and facilitate the provision of systematic training throughout the year, democratizing access to information and disseminate the information resources available in the collection of the Portal and enable a larger number of users. The results of this experience will enhance the knowledge regarding the Portal’s interface and content.
