2012
Objective Digital X-ray of lower limb venography in the clinical application of varicose veins.Method Choose our department venous angiography imaging data of 105 patients with ultrasound findings were compared.Result X-ray imaging with 191 lower limb positive findings, ultrasonography see positive 182 cases.See valve insufficiency under which contrast 140 cases of thrombosis in 24 cases, arteriovenous malformation in 11 cases,191 cases of tortuous beaded, full or partial diameter widened 165 cases;ultrasound see valvular insufficiency of 135 patients, thrombosis in 21 cases, arteriovenous malformation 11 cases,178 cases of tortuous beaded, full or partial diameter widened 163 cases.Slightly higher detection rate with ultrasound imaging phase, but the only signs in the tortuous beaded statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Venography is the diagnostic gold standard for venous disease can fully understand the dynamic observation of the whole vein and hemodynamic characteristics.
