A highly sensitive sensor based on electropolymerization for electrochemical detection of esculetin
2020
Abstract The electropolymerization of l -lanthionine was developed for the first time on glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The polymeric conditions (pH of polymeric solution, concentration of l -lanthionine and polymerization cycle) were discussed by orthogonal test. A new voltammetric sensor was constructed by l -lanthionine. The electrochemical performance of the poly( l -lanthionine)/GCE for esculetin measurement was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The sensor presented a high sensitivity of 539.8 μA mM−1 cm−2 over 5.0–100 nM esculetin concentration range with a detection limit of 1.0 nM (S/N = 3). The sensor showed good recovery data for the analysis of esculetin in cortex fraxini sample.
